  • Small to Medium-Sized Businesses: Starting at $250 per month
    • Comprehensive services covering transaction categorization, bank & credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable management, financial reporting, and more.

Catch-up or Cleanup Services:

  • Backlog of Transactions: Starting at $500 (depending on the volume and complexity)
    • Bringing past financial records up to date, including reconciling accounts and organizing historical data.

Payroll Services:

  • Basic Payroll Processing: Starting at $25 per payroll run
    • Includes calculation of payroll, and payroll tax filings.
  • Full-Service Payroll: Starting at $150 per month
    • Inclusive of payroll processing, direct deposits, tax filings, employee onboarding, and HR integration.

Consultancy & Additional Services:

  • Financial Consulting: $150 – $300 per hour
    • Financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Custom Reporting or Analysis: Starting at $200+
    • Customized reports, specialized analysis, or industry-specific financial statements.
